This is a small group outdoor class and made up of simple bodyweight/strengthening movements with minimal equipment. These group sessions are not only great for losing weight and building strength, but also for training people to get through their day-to-day activities more effectively. Each session last 4 weeks and includes 12 45 minute classes led by a certified trainer/group inatructor.
