As a certified nutrition & wellness counselor and fitness coach, I am committed to helping people develop a positive relationship with food and achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.

In order to achieve success along your fitness journey you must start by setting sustainable goals and building well-rounded habits to get and keep you there. My goal is to share what I have learned and strip away the confusion of the weight loss industry. I don’t promote any diets, sell any products or overly restrict calories. I want to give my clients ways to enjoy simple and delicious foods that fuel their body and empower them to enjoy eating without guilt.

The Essentials: Body + Mind Transformation (6 weeks)

 

The Essentials is designed for the individual who has been on diet after diet and has constantly struggled with weight loss. 

 

In this program you will:

  • Gain an understanding of how to read food labels.

  • Make healthier food swaps and better recognize hunger vs fullness signals.

  • Begin to discover how to transform the body and mind, together! 

  • Learn how to set realistic, effective, and sustainable goals for the lifestyle you want without compromising what you currently have.

Includes:

  • 60-minute initial consultation session to establish your personal goals and to customize action plan.

  • Assessment of current dietary intake, nutrition habits and activity levels that are keeping you from reaching your goals.

  • Full body scan and analysis to gauge your lean body mass vs fat mass (includes initial plus follow up scan).

  • 6 (30-minute) scheduled sessions (via phone or video chat) to celebrate progress, overcome challenges, and establish next steps.

  • The Best Diet Is No Diet Book (your resource guide).

  • Basic exercise programming to align with your ability and fitness goals.

The Breakthrough: Body + Mind Transformation (90 days)

 

The Breakthrough is designed for the individual wanting results without having to spend hours in the gym and obsessively counting calories to get there. 

 

In this program you will:

  • Discover how to transform the body and mind, together! 

  • Master how to set realistic, effective, and sustainable goals for the lifestyle you want without compromising what you currently have.

 

Includes:

  • 60-minute initial consultation session to establish goals and to map out an action plan to help meet your personal goals.

  • Assessment of current dietary intake, nutrition habits and activity levels that are keeping you from reaching your goals.

  • Full body scan and analysis to gauge your lean body mass vs fat mass (includes initial plus 2 follow up scans).

  • Grocery shopping tour (60 minutes) where you learn to read labels and how to shop better for your health and pocketbook.

  • 12 (30-minute) scheduled sessions  (via phone or video chat) to celebrate progress, overcome challenges, and establish next steps.

  • Between session email/messenger support for the little questions that can’t wait.

  •  Learn how to get in touch with your body cues like hunger, fullness and satisfaction while learning to trust your body around food again. 

  • Develop a healthy attitude toward food and body image for ultimate health of body and mind.

  • 60 minute initial consultation session to establish goals and to map out an action plan to help meet your personal goals.

  • Assessment of current dietary intake, nutrition habits and activity levels that are keeping you from reaching your goals.

  • Full body scan and analysis to gauge your lean body mass vs fat mass (includes initial plus 3 follow up scans).

  • Grocery shopping tour (60 minutes) where you learn to read labels and how to shop better for your health and pocketbook.

  • 24 (30 minutes) scheduled maintenance sessions/check-ins (via phone or video chat) to help overcome challenges and celebrate progress; next steps established .

  • 24 weeks of follow-up support (the little questions in between our sessions that can’t wait).

  • 60 minute deep dive goals re-evaluation session (at month 3).
