I am committed to helping people develop a positive relationship with their bodies and physical movements. I work to design and carry out workout routines specific to their needs. This starts by evaluating the clients' current fitness level, personal goals, and skills. Then, personalized training programs for clients are developed to follow, and progress is monitored.

My background in physical rehabilitation (including my own) and fitness over the years, made me passionate about the power that fitness has to transform lives. I have always felt at my best, mentally & physically, when I am actively engaged in regular and consistent exercise!  As an instructor, I thrive on the energy and camaraderie that is created when people feel strong, capable and successful. My ultimate goal is to share my passion and the principles I have learned and use that to help educate others to succeed in their fitness journeys.

I hold professional certifications in Personal Fitness Training and Group Exercise from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition, I have over a decade of experience in the industry working with a wide range of clients of all ability levels. I look forward to continuing to coach and educate using an integrative approach that balances wellness, fitness & nutrition.



All sessions offer exercise guidance specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your body, your level of physical fitness as well as your overall well-being. Basic nutritional guidance and support can be provided upon request.

Initial PT Session $85

A 55 minute session that includes a fitness assessment, individualized workout plan to meet fitness goals, and a 3D body composition scan.

  • 12 - 55 Minute Sessions ($840)

  • 24 - 55 Minute Sessions ($1560)

  • 12 - 25 Minute Sessions ($480)

  • 24 - 25 Minute Sessions ($840)

*Active clients receive free monthly 3D body scans.

*Custom packages including nutrition counseling available.
